How do I return goods?

Should you need to return goods, please ensure that the parcel contains your name, address, daytime telephone and reason for returning, together with a copy of your receipt. We regret that we are unable to reimburse postage for goods returned and cannot accept liability for goods returned without a valid receipt. How do I cancel an order?

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.

To cancel this contract, either telephone +44 (0)28 9266 5549 or e-mail us to info@eurosportsdirect.com with the order number and your instruction to cancel. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us at your cost.

If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.

What about my privacy?

We store information submitted by you when you register. This information is used to help us provide our service in an as efficient way as possible, and to identify ways in which we can improve our service. We will not disclose any information provided by you to any third party.
